Fable Diner is the sibling to Fable restaurant – both highlighting the culinary work of ‘Top Chef all star – Trevor Bird.
Foundry provided foodservice design, foodservice equipment and custom stainless for this top to bottom redesign and renovation of an iconic Vancouver location. Foundry had the pleasure of working with the team at Pacific Soutions Contracting on this project.
