Refresh & Repurpose
Renovate and redesign the existing restaurant to meet Franchisor and operations team requirements.

Specify food service equipment for tender, ensuring it is in the client’s best interest and available to all bidders.

Solution & Approach
In renovation projects, our initial parameters inevitably evolve during demolition, given the unpredictability of such endeavors.
Because of this, we prioritize meticulous planning and adaptability to effectively navigate the unexpected challenges that often arise.
Design & Installation
To meet the Client’s requirement of a visible Pass line from the dining room, we demolished one kitchen wall, though it reduced usable kitchen space.
Our solution involved crafting a functional and visually appealing pass that not only provided our clients with usable space but also served as an attractive frame for the public to view the kitchen.
Additionally, equipment selection and strategic placement of stainless elements effectively showcased various parts of the kitchen to the public.
