A vibrant and beautiful restaurant bringing the acclaimed cuisine of Vij’s to a new community. Foundry worked closely with Vij’s and their development team throughout the process.
This feature project showcases all three pillars of the Foundry brand – our foodservice design, foodservice equipment and stainless fabrication. With a high focus on providing the engine to the culinary experience. We focussed on equipment needs, such as the Woodstone Tandoor and additional back hood area for stock pot burners. We also focussed on unique architectural elements to integrate the kitchen into the vision of the interior designer. You can see this attention to detail in the custom kitchen pass opening with built in heated counter and heated plate storage below.
