Tacofino
Bringing a new culinary concept into the Tacofino family, Ocho features a lineup of fire grilled, char-roasted meat and vegetable dishes. At the Ocho bar, guests can enjoy a rotating tap of local beer, mexican imports and an array of tequila based cocktails.
Foundry has the pleasure of working with Tacofino on their projects, providing foodservice design, foodservice equipment and stainless fabrication. Foundry provided experience and expertise to navigate the challenges of adding a solid-fuel commercial appliance to their kitchen – a feature of the space and the concept.
