UBC Orchard Commons
UBC is a world-class and highly sought after University. With the continuing expansion of the university – Foundry has been working with the team at UBC on their foodservice facilities and programs for the increasing student enrollments. The new Orchand Commons student residence features stunning architecture and design as well as LEED Gold certificate.
Foundry provided the commercial kitchen package for the expansive and innovative dining facilities. A substantial foodservice facility project – Foundry executed with a high level of project management and experienced installation. We were able to provide expertise and experience managing multiple kitchen ventilation systems, highly complex refrigeration systems, high volume dishwashing, and foodservice equipment for multiple food concepts. Foundry continues to work closely with UBC and greatly appreciates their focus on innovation and committment to excellance for their students.
