Starting with curiosity and an open mind – we spend time in discovery as we first understand the needs of the foodservice operation.

We then act as consultants – advising what we feel is the best direction for the commercial kitchen package.

Specification
From a more informed and considered baseline, we can then apply our product knowledge to the specification of each piece of equipment.
With your operational demands, space constraints, and desired budget in mind, our Sales Consultants specify the full range of equipment required to complete a commercial kitchen.
Services Scope
Once we have specified a customized equipment package, we review the required services our customers need to complete the unit installation, kitchen renovation or new construction project.
These services include our available in-house services of Project Management, stainless steel installation, White-Glove Delivery.

We start with an initial exploration with our clients and their space. This allows our team to establish requirements and provide solutions and layouts within architectural parameters.
A preliminary schematic layout is then developed with a focus on kitchen flow and cooking intent.
Once the general schematic has been approved by the client, we further coordinate and consult on the project with our team, which includes mechanical, electrical, archictectural, and structural.
We manage the project from start to finish and continue to overcome any issues discovered during the construction phase.

We Design, Build, and Supply High-Performance Commercial Kitchens
We have forged together three distinct companies into one. A foodservice design agency (Foundry Foodservice Design) a custom stainless fabrication shop (Foundry Stainless Fabrication) and a food equipment dealership (Foundry Foodservice Equipment).
