Foundry Kitchens congratulates its client, AnnaLena, on earning two MICHELIN Stars in the MICHELIN Guide Vancouver 2026 selection. AnnaLena was promoted from one star to two in the October 6, 2026 selection. This year’s Vancouver guide includes one two-star restaurant and 10 one-star restaurants.
Foundry has had the privilege of working with the following restaurants recognized in this year’s guide:
- Two MICHELIN Stars: AnnaLena
- One MICHELIN Star: Published on Main, Sumibiyaki Arashi and Kissa Tanto
- Bib Gourmand: Good Thief
- MICHELIN Recommended: Homer St. Cafe, Elem, Nightingale, Barbara, L’Abattoir, Elisa and Jeju
