Construction Features:

• The top, front, and ends are constructed from stainless steel for a sleek, durable exterior, while the steel back is coated with corrosion-resistant GalFan.
• Inside, the cabinet is lined with clear-coated aluminum, and the stainless steel floor features coved corners for easy cleaning.
• The entire cabinet structure, including solid doors, is foamed in place with high-density polyurethane insulation, which has zero global warming or ozone depletion potential.

Additional Features:

• Stem casters measure 5 inches in diameter, allowing for easy movement, and the work surface height is 36 inches, ideal for comfortable prep work.
• A full-length, extra-deep removable cutting board is included for a convenient and sanitary prep surface.
