Foundry Foodservice Design
Foodservice design is one of the three pillars of the Foundry Brand.
We believe foodservice facility design is an essential ingredient to a high performance commercial kitchen. The investment in foodservice design- multiplies the value of the investment in the foodservice facility. Our team of designers, led by the Godfather himself, Nick Arcadi – a FCSI designer of over 30 years. We provide foodservice consulting, kitchen equipment specification, kitchen layouts, kitchen area elevations, mechanical services drawings and more.
Our Process
We understand navigating foodservice facility design can be very difficult. We start by understanding the concept, the cuisine, and the back-of-house needs. We then apply our full range of experience to the development of the design. Once our schematics of the kitchen are completed, we then apply our deep expertise to the specification of suitable foodservice equipment, fixtures and stainless fabrication. Our design standards then drive the output of tender documentation, mechanical service drawings and submissions.

Our Work
Dalina
A community cafe offering locally sourced ingredients, freshly roasted coffee and speciality groceries. Foundry provided foodservice design – including designing and specifying the built-in display cases and merchandising walk-ins – as well as provided the foodservice equipment, custom stainless and installation.
Tap and Barrel
Tap and Barrel restaurants are on a mission to bring people together to create meaningful and memorable experiences through genuine hospitality. Foundry worked closely with their entire team to help them deliver on this mission.
My Shanti
A vibrant and beautiful restaurant bringing the acclaimed cuisine of Vij’s to a new community. Foundry worked closely with Vij’s and their development team throughout the process. This feature project showcases all three pillars of the Foundry brand – our foodservice design, foodservice equipment and stainless fabrication.
