Preferred Partner Marketing Co-op Program

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

How it Works

Foundry Commercial Kitchens offers its top vendors the opportunity to participate in a not-for-profit, co-branded marketing co-op.

An investment of 2.5% of projected yearly net purchases is redistributed into relevant marketing activities to leverage the strengths of both brands. 

The co-op is designed to benefit both Foundry and its
partners, by:

  • Driving increased brand awareness for both
    brands
  • Increasing sales of the partner’s products
  • Increasing overall market share

This program will be made available to a limited number of partners with spots occupied on a first-come, first-served basis.

Funding will occur bi-annually via credit notes.

CO-BRANDED PROMOTION

REACHING YOUR IDEAL CUSTOMERS

Through this program, we are committed to growing our
preferred partner’s brand name just as much as we’re
committed to growing our own.

This will be done through two core programs:

  • Targeted Direct Mail
  • Direct-to-Client Flyer

➤ Targeted Direct Mail

Through the utilization of Canada Post’s Snap Admail platform, we have the ability to deploy a direct mail campaign that targets commercial addresses exclusively.

Through this platform, we would be able to target qualified
commercial addresses across:

  • Vancouver
  • Fraser Valley
  • Okanagan
  • Vancouver Island

Creative for the direct mail campaign will be co-branded, with emphasis placed on the preferred partner’s brand, featured product(s) and key selling points.

Because direct mail is a tactic that performs best when it is frequent, we would look to execute two deployments within a two-week period, per location.

The total reach and frequency of the targeted direct mail would be dependent on the size of the co-op contribution overall, with each campaign being in the range of $5,000-$10,000 per.

➤ Direct-to-Client Flyer

We work with our preferred partners to identify the right products and categories to feature within this asset.

This asset will showcase only our preferred partners, with
total % of visibility allocated to each brand based on total
co-op contribution.

When deployed, the flyer will be sent to all existing Foundry clients and prospects.

PAID MEDIA

EXPANDING YOUR REACH THROUGH DIGITAL ADVERTISING

In an effort to make the sale of our partner’s products
more accessible, Foundry would look to utilize a portion of the co-op fund towards the development of individual product pages on our website.

We would work in collaboration with you to identify the most appropriate products and categories to highlight. Once deployed on the website, we anticipate the
following outcomes:

  • Increased visibility of your brand and products
    on the Foundry website
  • Increased purchasing (volume & frequency) of
    your products
  • Increased foot traffic to the Foundry showroom

Additionally, preferred partners will have their brands highlighted prominently within our featured project case studies, of which Foundry will be producing continuously throughout the year.

To help propel this initiative, additional investment will be made into product and brand-specific search ads through the Google Ad Network. Total contribution to Google Ads will be determined based on the market cost to effectively advertise for a preferred partner
brand and overall co-op contribution.

This investment, and related performance data, will be provided consistently to each preferred partner.

RETAIL SHOWROOM

EXCLUSIVE PRESENCE AT OUR FOUNDRY SHOWROOM

Starting in 2025, presence in Foundry’s retail showroom will be reserved exclusively for our preferred partners.

We intend to collaborate with our partners to identify the right products to display as demo units, and will ensure that we always have purchasable stock available for our clients.

Additional promotion will be created through the placement of branded banners placed on our showroom’s walls.
